A Non-profit Educational Organization & Gallery Dedicated to Supporting the Visual Arts The Gallery is open four days a week: Hours: Sun. Mon. 11am to 5pm ~ Fri. Sat. 11am to 9pm ~ Closed Tues. Wed. and Thurs. The Arts Guild maintains the gallery space with different monthly exhibits from local artists, and also coordinates art exhibits, workshops, scholarships and other opportunities for Sonoma Valley's youth and adults. The Arts Guild was founded in 1977 and showcases art work from local artists who work in a wide range of media: metal sculpture, ceramics, oil acrylic and watercolor painting. drawings, pottery, pastels, stained glass, wood turnings, jewelry, photography, relief and monoprints, handmade papers, gourd art, encaustics, textiles, collage and assemblage. |

The Arts Guild of Sonoma is a 501 (c) (3) California non-profit public, benefit corporation supported and maintained by voting Artist-Craftspeople members as well as non-voting associate Artist, Artist members and General Members. The major objectives of this organization formulate into two categories: First, to provide opportunities to exhibit, publish and expose the creative efforts of the Artist members to the public as well as promote mutual support among the artist to encourage high standards of artistic professionalism and to maintain the organization. Second, to maintain open channels of communication with the business, cultural and educational organizations within the region.
